A double major lets a student complete the requirements of two majors within a single bachelor degree from RIU. It is for ambitious students who want to combine complementary fields — business and law, international relations and a foreign language, IT and design — and graduate with demonstrated depth in both.
Students declare the second major after the foundation year and follow an advised study plan that maps both sets of requirements into the standard degree length wherever possible, with a modest credit overload. A faculty advisor supports planning so the two majors reinforce rather than crowd each other.
Double majors pair naturally with RIU’s English-taught tracks and professional UK qualifications (IAM, CTH, ICM), letting graduates enter the job market with a distinctive, double-qualified profile.
